Department Details
The budget office’s functions include budget policy formulation, budget preparation and formulation, budget execution and administration, and budget monitoring and evaluation. They coordinate with other departments to develop fiscal strategies, analyze spending, and ensure that government funds are used efficiently and in alignment with national policy objectives.
